PATIENT POLICY

Thank you for allowing Little Rock Dermatology to participate in your skin care. In order to help make your visit productive please review the following.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you are late for your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule as not to inconvenience other patients who also have timely appointments

Have all of your insurance information and an insurance card with you. If your insurance requires a referral, your appointment cannot be scheduled or confirmed until that referral is received from your primary care physician.

Payment is expected the day of your appointment
